Litigation counsel Sam Kleiner will participate in a panel, “Making Sense of the AML Regulations & the Art Market,” hosted by the Center for Art Law. The panel will discuss the current state of money laundering regulations, and how recent and upcoming changes affect art market participants and transactions. Panelists will also provide insight on the latest regulations and enforcement actions in the UK as they concern art market participants.
The Center for Art Law is a New York-based research and education nonprofit that offers resources and programming for the advancement of a vibrant arts and law community.
The panel, which offers CLE credit, will take place virtually and in-person in New York on May 15 at 2:30 p.m. ET.
