Litigation partner Masha Hansford will join a panel focused on amicus briefs at the 2025 National Association of Attorneys General Supreme Court Practice Seminar. Masha will discuss how the Solicitor General’s office approaches amicus briefs, and the process states need to follow when they are parties before the Supreme Court and want the United States to file an amicus brief on their side. The seminar will bring together state attorneys from around the country, who will attend oral argument at the Court and then hear from experienced practitioners on various aspects of Supreme Court practice.
The seminar will take place on December 4 in Washington.
