Kannon Shanmugam Featured Speaker at Constitution Day

Litigation partner Kannon Shanmugam will deliver a lecture, “The State of the Constitution,” at the Library of Congress. Kannon will be the featured speaker at the event as part of Constitution and Citizenship Day, an annual commemoration to mark the signing of the U.S. Constitution on September 17, 1787, and to “recognize all who, by coming of age or by naturalization, have become citizens.” Kannon will speak about the role of the judiciary in our constitutional system and the relationship between the judiciary and the other branches of government. The event will take place on September 17 in Washington, D.C.
