Josh Soven to Speak at GCR Conference on Antitrust Trends

Litigation partner Josh Soven will participate in a panel as part of Global Competition Review’s 12th Annual GCR Live: Law Leaders Global conference.

Josh will moderate “Antitrust: Self-preferencing: Is it a real problem?” which will focus on the increasing regulatory scrutiny of self-preferencing in the context of digital platforms leveraging data advantages, and new bills and regulations in the U.S. and the EU that aim to address self-preferencing in digital markets, among other topics.

The conference will take place in Miami on February 2 – 3. Josh’s panels will take place on February 2 at 11:15 a.m. ET.
