Josh Soven to Speak at ABA Private Equity and Venture Capital Meeting

Litigation partner Josh Soven will deliver a presentation, “Antitrust and CFIUS in the Biden Administration: Implications for M&A and Venture Capital,” at the American Bar Association’s Private Equity and Venture Capital Committee meeting. The presentation will cover merger enforcement policy and major policy actions under Biden; major DOJ and FTC enforcement actions; notable transactions that were not challenged by regulators; and trends and key developments at the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS).

The presentation will take place both virtually and in person at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta on March 31 at 9:45 a.m. ET.
