Josh Soven to Discuss Employee Noncompetes in Healthcare at ABA Conference

Litigation partner Josh Soven will participate in a panel as part of the American Bar Association’s 2024 “Antitrust in Healthcare” conference. In his panel “Diagnosis Uncertain: The Ethics of Medical Noncompetes,” Josh will discuss the antitrust implications of the continued use of noncompetes and how healthcare companies can adapt to the changing legal environment.

Josh’s panel will take place in Arlington, Virginia, on June 5 at 3:15 p.m. ET.
