Jean McLoughlin to Participate in Forum on Executive Compensation, as Member of Steering Committee

Employee benefits partner Jean McLoughlin will lead a panel at the Forum on Executive Compensation. Jean’s panel, “Recent Trends in Employment Arrangements: #MeToo, Restrictive Covenant Developments, MegaGrants and Other Topics du jour,” will discuss the current trends in onboarding executives and employment arrangements, what companies are doing to mitigate risks in the #MeToo era, and trends in offer letters and employment agreements, among other topics. The event will take place on September 18 – 20 in Nashville, Tennessee.
