Executive compensation partner Jean McLoughlin led two panels at the 6th annual Forum on Executive Compensation, hosted by Cambridge Forums. The forum annually brings together a select group of corporate executive compensation leaders, lawyers and consultants to discuss evolving trends in executive compensation demands, design and disclosure, and strategies for navigating shareholder, business and regulatory pressures on executive pay. Jean led a discussion with Elad Roisman, U.S. commissioner at the SEC, and hosted a fireside chat with Galen Spielman, senior associate, U.S. Compensation Research, Institutional Shareholder Services Inc.
