Litigation partner Chris Wilson will participate in Concurrences’ 10th “Global Antitrust Economics” conference, which will explore a variety of topics in global antitrust policy and enforcement. Chris’ panel, “Merger Control – Evolving Thresholds, Stricter Reviews, and Global Implications,” will discuss shifting regulatory approaches to merger review across key markets, and ways businesses can navigate the effects on dealmaking, compliance and global strategy.
The conference will be held on November 18 at NYU Stern School of Business, with Chris’ panel at 2 p.m. ET.
