Chris Boehning to Discuss E-Discovery and Ethics in NYC Bar Association Webcast

Litigation partner Chris Boehning will participate in a webcast panel, “eDiscovery and Ethics in the Datasphere,” hosted by the New York City Bar Association. The panelists will discuss various emerging issues and the implications of recent case law at the intersection of discovery practice, the rules of professional conduct, the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and the Federal Rules of Evidence, among other topics.
