The discussion will explore how in-house legal teams and outside counsel are aligning around the use of generative AI in litigation and investigations, where use of generative AI in practice is delivering measurable value, how AI enabled workflows are validated and documented, and what it takes to maintain defensibility as judicial and regulatory expectations continue to rise.
