Litigation counsel Anna Gressel will participate in a panel at the American Conference Institute’s inaugural Life Sciences AI Summit on how to evaluate potential legal risks and challenges for life sciences companies using AI. Topics will include how to navigate AI errors from a liability standpoint, risks of patient data misuse, and the blurred lines of AI-generated content and proprietary algorithms, among other topics.
Prior to the conference, Anna will co-host an interactive workshop for legal, regulatory and compliance professionals on the fundamentals of AI, ML and deep learning, as well as the associated challenges, risks and other business considerations of these new technologies.
The workshop will be held on February 20 at 9 a.m. ET and the panel will be held at the New York City Bar Association on February 22 at 9 a.m. ET.
