Antitrust partner Aidan Synnott will moderate a panel, “The Impact of Changes in Antitrust Leadership in the United States and Elsewhere on International Antitrust Enforcement,” at the American Bar Association’s 2025 International Law Section Annual Conference. The session will explore how significant changes in the leadership of several antitrust and competition enforcement agencies internationally will likely affect these agencies themselves, as well as cooperation and potential rivalry among them. Litigation associate Natalie Pita worked with Aidan in preparing the panel.
