Natalie Pita is an associate in the Litigation Department and a member of the Antitrust Group. Natalie focuses on antitrust investigations and litigation, compliance counseling and merger reviews. She has represented clients in complex antitrust law matters, including defending companies facing conduct investigations brought by regulators, merger challenges, class actions and business-to-business litigation. She has represented clients in both civil and criminal litigation. Natalie also advises on antitrust conduct matters, including corporate antitrust compliance programs.

Natalie is an active member of both the American Bar Association (ABA) and the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA). She is a Young Lawyer Representative for the Federal Civil Enforcement Committee of the ABA Antitrust Section, a member of the leadership committee of the ABA Antitrust Litigation Section Young Lawyers’ Subcommittee and a member of the NYSBA Antitrust Section’s Cartel & Criminal Practice Committee. In 2023, she produced and co-hosted NYSBA’s Undercurrents Unveiled: The Marine Hose Cartel Antitrust Odyssey podcast.

Prior to and during law school, Natalie worked as a freelance journalist for The New York Times. While in law school, she served as the editor-in-chief for the Duke Journal of Comparative & International Law. She also interned for a law firm in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
