Trivest Portfolio Company Pave America Forms Strategic Partnership With Central States

Paul, Weiss advised Trivest Partners portfolio company Pave America, LLC, a leading provider of asphalt and concrete solutions, in its strategic partnership with Central States Paving & Concrete, a self-perform pavement service provider backed by Grove Mountain Partners. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The partnership will expand Pave America’s presence in the Midwest and continue the platform’s aggressive growth strategy to build the premier provider of maintenance driven asphalt and concrete solutions. Pave America also formed a separate strategic partnership with pavement service provider Kansas Asphalt.

Paul, Weiss previously advised Trivest in the formation of Pave America through the combination of Trivest portfolio company Brothers National, LLC with Pavement Partners Holding, LLC in February of this year.
