TPG to Invest in G&A Partners

Paul, Weiss is representing TPG in its investment, through its U.S. and European private equity platform TPG Capital, in leading human resources and technology services platform G&A Partners. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The Paul, Weiss team was led by Matthew Abbott, Brian Lavin and Lindsay Parks, and included, among others, corporate partner Suhan Shim and counsel Rosita Lee; executive compensation counsel Christopher Gonnella; intellectual property partner Charles Googe; litigation partners John Carlin and Jessica Carey, and counsel Steven Herzog, Daniel Levi and Pietro Signoracci; real estate partner Peter Fisch; antitrust counsel Yuni Sobel; and international trade counsel Richard Elliott.
