SpecialtyCare Completes Sale to Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners

Paul, Weiss advised SpecialtyCare, Inc., a Kohlberg & Company, LLC portfolio company, in its sale to Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners, a leading global private infrastructure investment platform. SpecialtyCare operates the leading network of outsourced clinical services to hospital operating rooms in the U.S. and is the leading provider of perfusion and intraoperative neuromonitoring (IONM) services. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
