Sagewind Capital Invests in Sabel Systems

Paul, Weiss is advising Sagewind Capital LLC, a government technology-focused private equity firm, in its majority investment in Sabel Systems Technology Solutions LLC, a leading provider of digital R&D, acquisition and sustainment solutions to the U.S. Department of Defense and other government agencies. The transaction marks Sagewind’s eighth platform investment in the government technology sector. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
