Lufkin Acquires Schlumberger's Rod Lift Business

Paul, Weiss advised Lufkin Industries, a portfolio company of KPS Capital Partners, LP, in its acquisition of the North American Land Rod Lift Business of Schlumberger N.V. Schlumberger's Rod Lift Business is a large provider of rod lift products and services across all major oil-producing onshore regions in North America. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
