Liberty Strategic Capital Invests in BlueVoyant

Paul, Weiss is advising Liberty Strategic Capital, a private equity firm founded and led by former Secretary of the Treasury Steven Mnuchin, in leading a $250 million Series D financing round in BlueVoyant with a $125 million investment. The investment marks Liberty’s fourth since its founding and its third investment in the cybersecurity industry. In connection with the investment, Secretary Mnuchin will join BlueVoyant's board of directors.
