KPS to Sell Electrical Components International to Cerberus

Paul, Weiss is representing KPS Capital Partners, LP in its sale of Electrical Components International, Inc. (ECI) to Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. Financial terms of the deal, expected to close during the third quarter of 2018, were not disclosed. St. Louis, Missouri-based ECI is the world's leading manufacturer of wire harnesses, control boxes and value-added assembly services for consumer appliance and specialty-industrial applications.
