KPS to Acquire Leading Architectural Hardware Company OBE in $3.45 Billion Deal

Paul, Weiss is advising KPS Capital Partners, LP in its $3.45 billion all-cash acquisition of Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope (OBE) from CRH plc. Dallas-based OBE is North America's largest provider of architectural hardware, glass and glazing systems. The deal is expected to close in mid-2022, pending customary closing conditions and approvals.
