Kohlberg to Acquire Ob Hospitalist Group

Paul, Weiss is advising Kohlberg & Company, LLC in its acquisition of Ob Hospitalist Group, the nation’s largest provider of customized obstetric hospitalist programs, from Gryphon Investors. OBHG has a national network of over 1,100 highly trained obstetric clinicians who provide patient care exclusively in a hospital setting. The network serves approximately 200 partner hospitals across 34 states. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
