Kohlberg & Company Acquires Myers EPS

Paul, Weiss advised Kohlberg & Company, LLC in its acquisition of Myers EPS, a leading designer and manufacturer of highly engineered emergency lighting backup power technology, from Graham Partners. Headquartered in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, Myers EPS provides integrated technology solutions mandated by building and construction safety codes to mission critical industries such as data centers, government buildings, distribution warehouses and healthcare centers. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
