Kohlberg & Co. Invests in [solidcore]

Paul, Weiss is advising Kohlberg & Company in its investment in [solidcore], a Washington D.C.-based fitness studio with a focus on high-intensity, low-impact exercise. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The Paul, Weiss team was led by corporate partner Angelo Bonvino and tax partner Lindsay Parks, and included, among others, corporate partners David Huntington and Suhan Shim; intellectual property and entertainment partner Charles Googe; real estate partner Peter Fisch; tax counsel Sarah Katz; litigation counsel Steven Herzog; and environmental counsel William O'Brien.
