Kohlberg Acquires Half of USIC From Partners Group

Paul, Weiss is advising Kohlberg & Company in its acquisition of a 50% stake in United States Infrastructure Corporation (USIC), the leading North American provider of utility location services, from Partners Group, a leading global private markets firm. Partners Group will retain a 50% co-lead interest. The transaction values USIC at an enterprise value of $4.1 billion.
