Jet Edge to Be Acquired by Vista

Paul, Weiss is advising Jet Edge, the fastest-growing North American charter operator, in its acquisition by Dubai-based Vista Global Holding, the world’s leading private aviation group. The transaction is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2022, subject to customary closing conditions. Financial terms were not disclosed.
