Paul, Weiss is advising IBM on its subsidiary Red Hat Inc.’s acquisition of Neural Magic, a pioneer in software and algorithms that speed up generative AI inference workloads. Red Hat is the world’s leading provider of open source software solutions, and the acquisition aims to enhance its ability to support large language models. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
