IBM Acquires Cloud Services Consultancy Neudesic

Paul, Weiss advised IBM in its acquisition of Neudesic, a leading U.S. cloud services consultancy. The acquisition will significantly expand IBM's portfolio of hybrid multicloud services and further advance the company's hybrid cloud and AI strategy. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
