Howden to Acquire Compressor Products International

Paul, Weiss is advising Howden Group, a leading UK-based global provider of mission-critical air and gas handling products, technologies and services, and a portfolio company of KPS Capital Partners, in its acquisition of Compressor Products International (CPI) from EnPro Industries. Headquartered in Houston, Texas, CPI is a leading provider of aftermarket components and services to the global reciprocating compressor market.

By leveraging CPI’s strategically located service centers, Howden will expand its aftermarket services and coverage across North America and Europe, increasing its addressable markets by $1 billion. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
