Paul, Weiss is advising General Atlantic and its climate growth fund, BeyondNetZero, on an investment in Technosylva, a global leader in catastrophic event risk management and simulation modeling software. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Technosylva’s platform is used by electric utilities, government agencies, insurers, and financial services firms worldwide to manage over 20,000 incidents a year, with nearly 1 billion simulations performed daily to strengthen critical decision-making.
