Paul, Weiss advised General Atlantic in the take-private acquisition of its portfolio company Arco Platform Limited, a leading provider of software solutions for K-12 schools in Brazil. Under the terms of the deal, which closed on December 7, General Atlantic and Dragoneer Investment Group acquired all the outstanding shares of the company not held by GA, Dragoneer, Arco’s founders or other rollover shareholders for $14 per share.
