Flexpoint Ford to Acquire Baker Hill

Paul, Weiss advised Flexpoint Ford, a private equity firm investing in the financial services and health care industries, in its acquisition of Baker Hill, a provider of cloud-based, end-to-end loan origination, risk management and analytics software, from The Riverside Company. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
