Paul, Weiss is advising EQT’s Infrastructure VI fund (EQT Value-Add Infrastructure) in its acquisition of Lazer Logistics from funds managed by Harvest Partners. Lazer Logistics is North America’s largest provider of outsourced yard management and trailer spotting services. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The transaction builds on EQT’s thematic investment strategy in the transportation and logistics sector, which supports the safe, efficient and low-carbon movement of goods through the supply chain. The deal is expected to close in the second quarter of 2023, subject to customary closing conditions and approvals.
