Engineering Completes High Yield Bond Offering

Paul, Weiss advised Engineering Ingegneria Informatica S.p.A., an Italian digital solutions business and a portfolio company of Bain Capital and NB Renaissance, on a €650 million high yield bond offering. Proceeds of the offering were used to refinance existing debt.
