EagleTree Holds Final Closing of EagleTree Partners V

Paul, Weiss advised EagleTree Capital LP in the formation of its latest flagship private equity fund, EagleTree Partners V. The fund raised more than $1.1 billion in commitments. The final closing follows a structured financing investment in EagleTree from affiliates of AlpInvest Partners and Alberta Teachers’ Retirement Fund and a strategic minority investment from Misland Capital and Bullingham Capital. Paul, Weiss simultaneously advised on this structured financing investment and led investor negotiations.
