Davidson Kempner and Hercules Adviser Form New Credit Lending Program

Paul, Weiss advised Davidson Kempner Capital Management LP as the anchor in a new institutional private credit lending program formed by Hercules Adviser LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Hercules Capital, Inc. The program was established to support venture and growth stage companies impacted by the recent market events. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
