CI Capital Sells Redwood Logistics

Paul, Weiss advised New York-based private equity firm CI Capital Partners and its portfolio company, Redwood Logistics, in Redwood’s sale to global investment firm AEA Investors LP. Redwood Logistics is a leading logistics platform company headquartered in Chicago offering a diverse portfolio of services including digital freight brokerage, flexible freight management and logistics consulting. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
