CI Capital Sells Hero Digital

Paul, Weiss advised New York-based private equity firm CI Capital Partners and its portfolio company, Hero Digital, in Hero’s sale to global investment firm AEA Investors LP. Hero is a leading customer experience-led digital transformation company that blends strategic consulting, design, technology, data and performance marketing. Financial terms of the transaction, completed on November 18, were not disclosed.

During the five years that Hero was owned by CI Capital, its revenue increased more than sixfold through a combination of organic growth and strategic acquisitions, including of Delphic Digital, MaassMedia, Clock Four and Bulldog Solutions. Paul, Weiss represented Hero and CI Capital in each of those acquisitions.
