CI Capital’s Epiphany Dermatology Sold to Leonard Green

Paul, Weiss advised Epiphany Dermatology, a leading multi-regional provider of dermatological services and a portfolio company of CI Capital Partners, in its sale to Leonard Green & Partners, L.P. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Epiphany’s geographic footprint and service offerings have grown exponentially under CI Capital’s ownership via a combination of organic growth in 12 states and 39 add-on acquisitions. Paul, Weiss advised CI Capital in its June 2016 acquisition of Epiphany and advised Epiphany in subsequent add-on acquisitions.
