CI Capital’s Cadmus Acquires Nathan Associates

Paul, Weiss advised CI Capital Partners portfolio company Cadmus, a leading provider of technical and strategic expertise to governments, energy utilities and private sector companies worldwide, in its acquisition of international economic and analytics consulting firm Nathan Associates, Inc. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The acquisition of Nathan Associates more than doubles Cadmus’s U.S. federal contracting business, strengthening its competitiveness as a prime contractor with USAID and other development organizations in the U.S. and abroad.
