CI Capital Partners Sells PRA to EagleTree

Paul, Weiss advised CI Capital Partners and its portfolio company PRA in PRA’s sale to EagleTree Capital. PRA coordinates complex business events and programs on behalf of corporate clients, including many Fortune 100 companies, across a variety of industries. It was acquired by CI Capital in 2017—a transaction on which Paul, Weiss also advised. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
