CI Capital Partners Invests in Cadmus

Paul, Weiss advised CI Capital Partners LLC in its majority investment in The Cadmus Group LLC. Cadmus is a leading provider of solutions focused on climate, energy, environment, transportation and related areas that serves government agencies, electric and natural gas utilities and commercial clients. Through this partnership with CI Capital, Cadmus, which operates throughout North America and in Europe, will have greater means to develop its existing capabilities and broaden its service offerings through both organic growth and acquisitions. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
