Cadmus Acquires Wheelhouse Group

Paul, Weiss advised Cadmus, a portfolio company of CI Capital Partners, in its acquisition of Wheelhouse Group, a premier provider of high-impact professional services to executives in federal agencies. Cadmus is a leading provider of technical and strategic expertise to governments, energy utilities and private sector companies worldwide.

The acquisition will expand Cadmus’ federal footprint, with clients including the Treasury, Interior and Education departments, among many others, and create a new Strategy and Transformation line of business within Cadmus’ U.S. public sector division. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
