Autokiniton Global Group to Acquire Tower International

Paul, Weiss is representing Autokiniton Global Group (AGG), a portfolio company of KPS Capital Partners, LP, in its $900 million acquisition of Tower International, Inc., a leading manufacturer of engineered automotive structural metal components and assemblies. AGG, a leading North American supplier of metal-formed components and complex assemblies to the automotive industry, will acquire Tower International for $31 per share in cash. Completion of the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and approvals.
