Apollo’s Brightspeed to Receive $500 Million Investment from Mubadala

Paul, Weiss is advising U.S.-based broadband and telecommunications company Brightspeed, an Apollo portfolio company, in Mubadala Investment Company’s $500 million investment in the company. The transaction follows an expansion of Mubadala and Apollo's global strategic partnership announced in 2022. Paul, Weiss advised Apollo on that partnership.
