AIS Global to Acquire Touch International

Paul, Weiss is advising AIS Global, a portfolio company of KPS Capital Partners’ KPS Mid-Cap Investments, in its acquisition of Touch International, Inc. AIS Global is a premier designer and manufacturer of innovative human-machine interface solutions for original equipment manufacturers worldwide. Austin-based Touch International is a leading North American provider of highly engineered touchscreen solutions across multiple markets including aerospace, medical, industrial and military. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
