Paul, Weiss is advising AbbVie in its $10.9 billion all-cash acquisition of Apogee Therapeutics, a clinical-stage biotechnology company advancing novel biologics for the treatment of dermatologic, respiratory and other related inflammatory and immunological diseases. The acquisition, announced on June 22, is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2026, pending shareholder and regulatory approvals.
