Justin Lerer Publishes Article on Anti-Corruption Battle Between the U.S. and China

Litigation counsel Justin Lerer co-authored an article in the March 20 issue of the Anti-Corruption Report. The article, “The Developing Anti-Corruption Battle Between the United States and China,” discusses the ongoing U.S.-China trade war and the U.S. Department of Justice’s announcement late last year that it would specifically target Chinese companies for aggressive enforcement of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. The publication is a database of articles that contain up-to-date practical guidance on anti-corruption compliance strategies and best business practices to assist outside and in-house counsel and compliance professionals.
