The firm’s internal curriculum provides lawyers at every level the tools they need to create a respectful culture for all, whether learning to lead matters, distribute assignments, or give feedback. Additionally, the firm partners with external legal organizations that provide complementary professional development training opportunities.

Networks & Community Groups

Firmwide networks and community groups are open to all interested attorneys. Sponsoring cultural activities, career chats and other social events with partners, alumni and clients, networks and community groups create learning opportunities for the entire firm as well as relationship building within each network.

Pipeline Programs

We are committed to expanding the talent pool and deepening the pipeline of candidates for the firm and the profession more broadly. Our pipeline efforts begin in middle school and extend to pre-law programs and beyond.
